No Bake Chocolate Bites

These easy Paleo and gluten free no bake chocolate bites come together super quickly. They take only a few minutes to make and you can eat them for days if they last that long. 😉 My husband and I decided that these chocolate nut bites are the perfect after meal treat. They’re perfect for daytime snacking, loaded with wholesome ingredients that make you feel good. Think nuts, coconut oil, raw honey, freshly made almond butter, and cacao powder. Delicious!

These bites are great for freezing too. If you want to make them ahead of time for a party or a holiday, just freeze them on a baking sheet, transfer to a zip lock bag and place back in the freezer. Take them out of the freezer 5 minutes before you are ready to eat them. 🙂

For another quick no-bake dessert, try my no-bake Chocolate Crunch Bars – they’re crunchy, chocolatey, and come together in minutes.
